Best colors to make blue eyes pop/how to make eyes look bigger?

I have light blue eyes, and I was just wondering what the best colors would be to make them stand out more; pop? From like make-up, to hair color, to clothing? I usually wear black liner/mascara, and neutral shadow. I'd LOVE to have more options, lol. And what are some, if any, make-up techniques or tricks to make my eyes stand out more -- like look bigger -- in general?

Wear black liner on your top lids, NOT ON THE BOTTOM

It makes your eyes look smaller if you wear black on the bottom lids. Wear white on the bottom, or none at all. Another options is to flick your black eyeliner out at the edges of your eyes.

Never wear just one shadow, wear two or three shades, putting the lighter one on the inside and up high on your lid, on the darker one along the bottom and outiside!

Loads of thick black mascara is a must ;)

You should try a peachy orange or coral eyeshadow, highlight the tear duct and your brow bone. Wear some liner on your upper eyelid and have 2-3 coats of mascara on your upper lashes and only 1 coat on your lower lashes. I find it best to use black on the upper lashes and brown on the lower lashes. The thicker the liner is the more volume your eyelashes seem to have. Open and define your eyes a bit more by filling in your eyebrows (if they need it). If you want to go dramatic with your eyes you can use a white eyeshadow from your lashes and all the way up to your brow, put some grey from the middle of you're lid (lashes up to the crease) and out to the outer corner of your eye, then take a black eyeshadow (matt) and make a VERY small ';V'; on the outer corner of your eye (upper lasher to lower lashes), so that it looks something like this: %26gt;

Using the same black, make your eyes seem deeper by blending the shadow into the crease. Giving you a deep, dramatic look which will penetrate every soul!
Oh, hair color?

I don't think it really matters.

Blue eyes are stunning whether your eye color is brown, blonde, red or black.

Even mousy brown! ( You might consider getting highlights or low-lights though -- i did that and it's so much better)

Well, if you wear blue or grey, that will compliment your eyes a lot.

To make them pop out on your face,

I would concentrate on the eyes.

Foundation for any under eye circles or blemishes,

Clear mascara (Normal kind can get cake-y and ugly)

-- well if you have to, use black. blue looks weird and so does brown--

Blue eyeshadow

or Grey

or any other color

And eyeliner -- just a little bit --

Eyelash curlers can really open up your eyes, but it takes some time to get used to them %26gt;.%26lt;

Have fun and lucky you ( you have blue eyes ^^)

Orange is the complimentary color for blue. Eyeshadows with an orange tone will make them stand out. Colors like copper, rust, peach, etc.

White eyeliner along the bottom waterline makes eyes look bigger. Many celebrities and models use this trick. DO NOT rim your whole eye with eyeliner. It will make them look smaller.

Curled eyelashes with mascara will make eyes look more ';open';.
