How do you make your eyes look smaller using only plain black eyeliner?

Without any eyeshadow, preferably.How do you make your eyes look smaller using only plain black eyeliner?
line the inside of your eyeand underneath the lower lash line and smudge the eye liner under the lower lash line and you can do the same on the top lash line if you want.


But y would you want to make them look smaller anyways?How do you make your eyes look smaller using only plain black eyeliner?
put it around the inside c of your eye closest to your nose.


When you put eye liner on the outside C it makes them look bigger.





Use brown eye liner though, black looks odd like this.





Or, just make the outside C of your eyes look lighter by using pale eye liner/ eye shaddow
eyeliner on waterline



just put it on top of your lower lashes and make a dark line.
put the eyeliner on the inside of ur eye (lower)
