Not necessarily. It depends how far your eyelids will open.

I don't think it really does... but a lot of people think so. It's not that the creases make it look bigger, it's that the eyelid retracts farther exposing more of the eye. Also, having a ';proper eyelid'; is considered really beautiful in Korea. A fair amount of Koreans, even children, have ';eyelid'; surgery to create a more Western style eyelid.
Which is pretty silly if you ask me... if you can see with them your eyes are fine.
