dont put any eyeliner on ur waterline. or put white liner on your water line. and mascara. put a light eyeshadow on ur crease and a darker one in the crease.
no dark eyeliner.

if you put white eyeliner on your waterline and in the inner corner of your eye it makes it look bigger
buy a white pencil eyeliner and put it on the waterline of your eye.
