don't use too much or too dark of an eyeliner.. instead use a lot of mascara.. lengthening your top and bottom lashes will make your eyes look better.

You can also put some light shimmery eyeshadow on (not too much, we don't want you looking like a dragqueen), and put it on the inside corners of your eyes. How can you make your eyes look really large?
white eyeline in the inside of ur eye
Photoshop. Take a picture, cut out the eyes, enlarge them, then paste them :).
I disagree for the most part, although adding white to the inside of the lids is one of the suggestions I would make...

to open up your eyes, apply a lighter color outside the corners of the eyes and inside the corners of the eyes--it can be white or a concealer or a lighter shade of your makeup...blend with your fingers...

to open up the eyes, apply eyeliner in a thin line that tapers toward the inside from the outside corners about 1/3 way across...a thick line makes what's left of the upper lid look thinner and won't give the appearance of your eyes being deep-set...I wouldn't apply eyeliner under the eyes unless your eyes are without wrinkles or crows-feet or dark circles or puffiness...the white inside the lashes is best...

daytime makeup should be heavy on eyeliner and mascara...nighttime makeup would have color, color, color

if your eyes are medium deep-set, take your darkest eyecolor and apply in a semicircle from the outer 1/3 of the bottom lid to the crease...take your glitzy medium color in a little triangle on the lower lid and bring it up tapered to look like clown makeup...take the color and extend it to the bottom arch under the eyebrow where you'd think eyelighter should go...for dayttime, your highlighter should be the same color as your cheeks and apply it to the eyebrow...stick your little finger into a pot of some dazzling color and apply it under the arch of the brow...

if your eyes are medium narrow-set, start with the highlighter first and work your way down instead of the other way around (dark to light)

for nighttime concentrate on colored mascara and use the mascara under 1/3 of the eyes and smudge it...use some wild jazzy color for your midtone and a deep colorful shade for the outer-third semicircle from lid to crease...

I found out years ago that after applying foundation, eyelids included that if you use a light shade on the top of lids or even a light blush on them, highlight arch of eye bone with darker shade, add even darker shade in the corners of eyelids and top it off with very light shade under brow, they open up.

Then find a non-clumping but dark (brown/black) mascara and put it on over a clear gel mascara. Last step is light brown eyeliner pencil on the lower inside lid smudged and your eyes should really open up. Mascara with the right foundation can sometimes work alone if you put mascara on several times after drying. The longer the lash, the bigger the

eye looks. Skin tones on lids with long eyelashes show off more of the eye. For me, any overuse of eyeliner makes my eyes look smaller.
my eyes look bigger when i line the top of my eyes with black eyeliner, making the line a bit thick.

stretch the eye out from the outer corner and line the top, if you miss a few spots just go back over them without stretching the eye.

oh, and curling your eyelashes:)
first you should start by putting concealer un the inner corner and the out corners of your eyes. then using black liquid eyeliner draw a line from the middle of your top eyelid to the outer corner

then take a q-tip and smudge it in a little to spread it and make it thicker.

the final step is to choose a color family of eyeshadow with darker and lighter shades that suits your skin and eyecolor and apply the lighter color on bottom and the darker color into your crease and outer corner of your eye.

of course you should curl your eyelashes and apply mascara!

have fun.
Buy some liquid eye liner and use it to make a thin line at the top of your eyelash and use it a the bottom of your eyes and i grantee you will be satisfied.
