Can the smokey eye only look good with certain people?

it kind of depends on what eyeshadows and liners you use due to your eyecolor.


green -- ashy gray


blue-metallicy


brown- a green-tint gray


hazel -anythingCan the smokey eye only look good with certain people?
It looks well on everybody trust me... Certain colors only go well with some people.





I went to a girls birthday party and I did all their makeup and decided with smokey eye for all of them and everyone came out looking well. There were around 20 girls who's makeup I did.Can the smokey eye only look good with certain people?
It's all about the technique. If you do it right it will look great.

yeah. if your super pale or fair complexion with light hair it won't look best. also its all about how you apply it
it can look good on anyone it just depends how you do it.
