i thought it was supposed to make your eyes look bigger, but my friend said it makes eyes look smaller. thoughts?Does applying eyeliner on the bottom make your eyes look bigger or smaller?

it encloses it in one space which makes it appear smaller.

depends on the eye as to the effect, but because you are outlining it, they appear smaller. If you use white on teh bottom it opens your eyes.
If you have deep set eyes its reccommded that you dont use dark eyeliner because they look smaller and further set back than what they are. But having a coloured one tends to look alright as it brings attention to your eyes.
black makes them look smaller, white makes them look bigger
umm on me,it looks smaller,but on my frend it looks bigger..it just depends on ur eyes i guess
smaller, so thats good if you tink ur eyes r 2 big but if you think their too small use white.
