I'm guessing you mean in your vision, and not in the mirror. My doctor called them floaters, and he told me that there is no way to get rid of them. They are naturally forming, and don't do any harm. You can see them when they reflect/block the light that comes into your eye, and when they float across the main part of your cones and rods. I was told that I shouldn't look for them, and shouldn't try to focus on them, as that can make them worse.
