as I havent got everything...ive got the eyeshadows....a eyeshadow primer, the brushes....and thats it.

it's best to start out with a colored smokey eye compared to black. always use less of a dark color and just blend. less is a lot more and when you're done blending, you can keep on adding some more on.
you can even make a simple smokey eye with using just eyeliner, optional dark black eyeshadow and a shimmery white. You just smudge your eyeliner and keep applying it darkest where you want it to go.How can I achieve the smokey eyes look, with limited beauty products?
buy eyeliner for $1 at target or walmart, buy some mascara for $3 at walmart, it is a pink tube with a green cap. then smear the eyeliner on your eyes and i use about 10 coats of mascara on top and on bottom that looks super good, OR try using an eyeliner and some fake eyelashes, works wonders and poof they come off immediately for easy clean up!
