I have hazel eyes, which means they're a little green and a little blue.

Bright blue. I was wearing a bright turqouise scarf and I got loads of compliments on how it brought out my eyes, I have blue eyes, but it still works. Hope I helped!
For hazel eyes, I would wear light color eye make up, in the brownish types and where blue shirts.

nothing like that will. only colored contacts, but they look really fake. there's a eye-changing surgery but im sure you dont want to get that haha.
